For a number of problem areas control technologies for decision-making with cognitive graphic tools (CGT) implementation are given. Some problematic and interdisciplinary areas are considered, such as medicine, ecobiomedicine, clinical psychology and education. The control technologies are based on intelligent, including hybrid intelligent systems. The systems are based on the test methods of pattern recognition, and also on fuzzy and threshold logics, mixed diagnostic tests (MDT) construction, decision-making rules based on the MDT and on a voting procedure. Decision-making justification is performed via using of CGT, invariant to problematic areas. Since the decision-making rules are described in a number of papers, the basic attention is directed to the use of CGT, the justification of diagnostic decision-making, the development of processes in the considered areas and the modeling of possible scenarios of future events.
