Summary:Title screen
Immanent qualities of volunteer movements are defined: they are self-organizing, do not any protest, their axiology corresponds to the bioethics symbolism, their goals indicate social attractors and therefore they fix the transformations of human resource management goals. It makes them the relevant base for exploring the new theoretical perspectives in the field of human resource management. The interpretation of social research results (we call it “the rabbit effect”) has been carried out with the help of original procedures of semiotic diagnostics. It is found that the half of Russian volunteers is involved in these movements due to the lack of the opportunity of the self-realization in their profession.
