Boosting students' EFL skills trough dramatization

The research was carried out on total 23 first year students of Institute of Non-Distractive Testing. It is continued in the process of studying the theme “Family problems: generation gap”. The classes were taught traditionally to control group whereas classes were taught by using dramatization method in experimental group. Before the research started pretest of speaking was applied to control and experimental group. After the dramatization method used in the experimental group, post-test of speaking was applied. According to the results of achievement pre-test and post-test it was found out that dramatization could be an effective method to boost students' speaking ability.
