Summary:Title screen
The article describes the method of analysis of liquid biological media based on the photometry of samples in the form of sessile drops. Theoretical substantiation of possibility of using drops as tested samples is given. Justification mechanisms of the effect of the processes occurring in droplet samples on their optical properties are described. In addition, this paper describes the design of a simple and convenient experimental setup for the conducting researches and presents the results of approbation of the method for measurement the dynamics of erythrocyte sedimentation process and the process of formation of a fibrin clot during some clotting tests.
