Summary:	Title screen The research aims to study noncompliances in the production process, defects in chipboard manufacturing and the related costs. The influence of production process parameters on the parameters of finished products and correlation dependence of considered parameters have been shown. The mathematical model of the multiple-factor production process has been developed.
