The paper addresses the issue of blended learning in Enhancement Certificate Course for Content Teachers in the field of professional training in English of technical university students. The main goal of career enhancement programme Enhancement Certificate Course Teaching of Professional Training Modules in English is to develop pedagogical competence in teaching vocational subjects in English, including the use of e-learning technologies.The career enhancement programme pursues several purposes: 1) to increase the number of teachers capable to create educational materials, teach using English language and E-learning technologies; 2) to enhance the number of English language educational courses implemented with the help of electronic resources for blended learning technology.
