Summary:	Title screen With the increased computational complexity of H.265/HEVC videocompression fast decision on prediction unit size is essential for real-timecoding applications. In this paper we provide an overview of existingintra prediction unit size decision algorithms and present our modifi-cation of one of the selection algorithms with improved compressionperformance.
