| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Grain-subgrain structure gradient formed using ultrasonic machining of polycrystallinenickel with different capacities was studied by means of scanning tunnel microscopy. Size distributions ofgrain-subgrain structure and evaluation of boundaries energy were obtained at different distances from thesurface. It is shown that changes in the structure with used ultrasonic machining mode occur at a depthcomparable to the average grain size of the initial polycrystalline nickel. |
