| Summary: | Title screen The subject of the research is the social responsibility management system, its importance and impact on business. The object of the study is an integrated management system of an organization. The purpose of the study is to develop a system of social responsibility management in compliance with the requirements of MS SA 8000 in the organization. The methods and materials used to conduct the investigation were as follows: analysis of information sources, content analysis and design of the internal documentation, and staff interviewing.
