Summary:	Title screen The method to determine the bremsstrahlung focal spot sizes by introducing wire samples of different diameters into the bremsstrahlung field of the accelerator has been tested by statistical simulation (using the Monte Carlo simulation) in approximation of normal distributions of the bremsstrahlung quanta over the target surface.
