The study of flows of multi component fluids in pores and capillaries is interested for understanding of biochemistry processes. This connects with known fact: biology media and objects are media with complex structure ofporous space. In this paper, the model is suggested to describe the flow of multi component fluid in the micro channelwith porous walls. It is assumed that flow in micro channels is described by Navier-Stokes equations, and flow in thewalls is modeled by Brinkman medium. The qualitative results for the simplest particular problem reflect the interrelationbetween hydrodynamical and diffusion factors.
