| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Comparative studies of structural and phase state evolution of Ti-6Al-4V-Н alloy during pulsed electron beams exposure at temperatures in the range 523-723 К and vacuum annealing at 873 К are carried out. The effect of irradiation and annealing regimes on hydrogen release from Ti-6Al-4V alloy hydrogenated to concentrations of 0.15-0.33 w. % is studied. It is shown that pulsed electron beam exposure on Ti-6Al-4V-Н alloy allows decreasing the temperature of active hydrogen release at 180 K and reducing the time of hydrogen degassing of alloy half as much. At the same time as the level of internal stresses in submicrocrystalline structure of alloy reduces, the average grain size doesn’t change. Hydrogen degassing with the use of pulsed electron beam exposure doesn’t lead to degradation of strength properties of Ti-6Al-4V-H alloy.
