| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Одной из существенных проблем регионального развития сегодня является отсутствие локального инновационного производства. В статье рассмотрены направления инновационного развития регионов и страны. Представлено современное состояние инфраструктуры технопарков, их основной функционал и существующие проблемы. Уделяется внимание вопросу истории возникновения технопарков на территории бывшего СССР и за рубежом. Отмечается, что количество действующих и развивающихся технопарков так или иначе определяет инновационную ситуацию в стране. Малая активность технических комплексов значительно усложняет промышленную модернизацию и снижает темпы отраслевого роста экономики. Исследователь подробно останавливается на содержании комплексной программы «Создание в Российской Федерации технопарков в сфере высоких технологий». Проводится анализ данной программы и делается вывод, что в рамках нее осуществляется тесное взаимодействие технопарков для аккумуляции идей и обеспечения проектов необходимым комплексом консалтинговых услуг. One of the essential problems of regional development today is the lack of local innovative production. In this article, directions of innovative development of the country and its regions are examined. The current state of infrastructure of technology parks, their basic functionality and existing problems are presented. The history of technology parks in former USSR and abroad is addressed. It is noted that the number of existing and developing industrial parks to a certain extent defines the innovation situation in the country. Low activity of technical systems complicates industrial modernization and reduces the rate of industry growth considerably. The researcher elaborates on the content of a comprehensive program “Creation of technology parks in the Russian Federation in the field of high technology”. The analysis of this program is carried out and a conclusion is reached that within its framework, close cooperation of technology parks takes place for the accumulation of ideas and implementation of projects by the necessary range of consulting services.
