| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Определяется методический подход к оценке интеллектуальной ренты региона на основе данного определения интеллектуальной ренты, её состава и возможностей статистики инновационной сферы. Проводится корреляционный анализ между основными показателями методики и различными показателями инновационного развития на примере Ассоциации инновационных регионов России (АИРР) в целях определения «точек воздействия» на объем интеллектуальной ренты регионов в интересах управления процессом формирования инновационных доходов. Обозначается ряд проблем сферы интеллектуальной собственности, препятствующих трансформации интеллектуального потенциала в интеллектуальную ренту. Выделяются две основные модели регионального инновационного развития в АИРР, особенности которых обусловливают необходимость коррекции инновационной политики, в том числе в части активизации накопления интеллектуальной ренты. Due to the transition of Russia to the innovative way of development, the need of research of the social and economic relations for the sphere of intellectual, innovative activity, including questions of formation of the innovative income which in large part have the rent nature is staticised. Methodological approach is used when assessing the intellectual rent of the region on the basis of the definition of intellectual rent, its structure and opportunities of the innovative sphere statistics. On the basis of the offered methodological approach the analysis is carried out of interrelations between the main indicators of the technique and various indicators of innovative development by example of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia to define the "influence points" on the volume of intellectual rent of regions in interests of the innovative income formation management. The conclusion about paramount value of development of the market of intellectual property is drawn and a number of problems interfering the transformation of intellectual potential into intellectual rent are designated. On the basis of the analysis of the state support measures influence on innovative activity two main models of the regional innovative development are designed.
