| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Один из важных вопросов при переходе в облако – это вопрос о безопасности использования таких сервисов. В связи с этим все более актуальным вопросом становится оценка рисков. Однако оценка рисков – это далеко не единственный аспект, влияющий на процесс принятия решений о переходе корпоративных ИТ-приложений предприятия в облако. Например, очень важно оценить целесообразность миграции с точки зрения бизнес-ценности приложений для предприятия и технической возможности с учетом различных критериев. Этот момент упущен в существующих методах по оценке эффективности и рисков от использования ИТ. Также эти методы не учитывают специфику облачной модели. В работе разработан математический аппарат на основе метода анализа иерархий. Модель позволяет оценить набор ИТ-приложений предприятия и осуществить выбор приложений для миграции в облако, основываясь на конкретных бизнес-требованиях, технологической стратегии и готовности рисковать. На основе данной модели создано программное обеспечение на платформе 1С: Предприятие 8.2. One of important questions upon transition to a cloud is a question of safety of use of such services. In this regard the assessment of risks becomes more and more topical issue. However an assessment of risks it is far not the only aspect influencing decision-making process about transition of corporate IT appendices of the enterprise in a cloud. For example, it is very important to estimate expediency of migration from the point of view of the business value of appendices for the enterprise and technical capability taking into account various criteria. This moment is missed in existing methods according to efficiency and risks from IT use. Also these methods don?t consider specifics of cloudy model. In work the mathematical apparatus on the basis of a method of the analysis of hierarchies is developed, the Model allows to estimate a set of IT appendices of the enterprise and to carry out a choice of appendices for migration in a cloud, based on concrete business requirements, technological strategy and readiness to risk. On the basis of this model the software on a platform 1C is created: Enterprise 8.2. |
