| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Современная ИТ-отрасль становится все более мобильной, всепроникающей и, естественно, облачной. Организация процесса принятия управленческих решений на внедрение облачных технологий должна осуществляться на основе результатов оценки их экономической эффективности и рисков использования. В статье предложена интегральная модель оценки эффективности и рисков облачных ИТ-сервисов. В отличие от существующих моделей, здесь предлагается оценить количественные и качественные критерии эффективности и при помощи экспертных оценок получить балльную оценку показателей, свернув их в общий интегральный показатель «Эффективность внедрения облачного ИТ-сервиса». Интегральный показатель Kecs позволяет получить рекомендации по принятию решения о возможности внедрения облачного ИТ-сервиса на предприятие. The paper proposed an integral model for assessing the effectiveness and risks of cloud it services. Unlike existing models, this model is proposed to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative performance criteria and with the help of expert estimates to obtain a grading assessment indicators, turning them into a common integral indicator of the «Effectiveness of implementation of the cloud it service». Integral indicator Kecs allows you to get recommendations for deciding on the possible introduction of cloud it services to the enterprise.
