Основное внимание в работе автор акцентирует на то, что иностранный язык служит средством социально-психологического развития личности студента, приобщая его к иноязычной культуре и мышлению. Правильная организация учебной деятельности и ее разнообразие позволяет адаптировать студента первого курса к новым требованиям жизни вузовской подготовки. The author of the article has proved the feasibility and importance of teaching English to students in the social and cultural reality, the creation of special conditions and atmosphere for learning a foreign language. The focus of the paper, the author emphasizes the fact that a foreign language is a means of social and psychological development of the individual student, attaching him to the foreign language culture and thinking. Proper organization of training activities and its diversity allows us to adapt the student’s first year of life to the new demands of high school preparation.
