| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В условиях доминирования субъективистского подхода в понимании проблем благополучия пожилых людей, в способах его достижения необходимо акцентировать внимание на объективных основаниях его стабильного обеспечения. Цель статьи - показать влияние структуры перераспределения права собственности и качества экономического роста на благополучие пожилых людей; проанализировать теоретические подходы к обоснованию благосостояния как многофакторного явления, представляющего собой взаимосвязь и взаимовлияние объективных и субъективных параметров. В работе авторами применены метод экспликации, с помощью которого уточнены основные понятия исследования, метод сравнительного анализа. В результате исследования обосновано влияние собственности, как составляющего элемента имущественного статуса пожилых людей и качества экономического роста на возможности жизнедеятельности и обеспечения благополучия пожилых людей. Nowadays there is a growing trend of aging population in the whole world, which occurs due to the reduction of fertility in developed countries and to increase life expectancy. By 2050 more than a quarter of the world population will be aging people. Therefore becomes relevant to examine the factors that provide life satisfaction and well-being of older people. These reasons have caused the purpose of the article – to show how the structure of redistribution of property rights and the quality of economic growth affect the well-being of older people; to analyze the theoretical approaches to the justification of welfare as a multifactorial phenomenon, which is the relationship and interaction of objective and subjective parameters. Exploring the challenges, the authors applied the method of explication, by which it was clarified the basic concepts of the study, the method of comparative analysis. Results: the study substantiated the influence of ownership, as a component of property status of older people, and the quality of economic growth on possibilities of life and well-being of the elderly.
