Summary:Title screen
The experimental results of a study dealing with the effects of disaggregation of aqueous suspensions of AlN/Al nanopowder on the morphology of low-dimensional aluminum oxyhydroxide structures formed during their oxidation with water are reported. The shape, size, specific surface area, phase composition, and agglomeration of low-temperature structures are investigated. The structural formulas of aluminum oxyhydroxides as a function of conditions of their preparation are established. The conditions for the formation of aluminum oxyhydroxide nanosheets (2D-structures) are found, and the process for the formation of lowdimensional structure agglomerates is examined.
