| Riassunto: | Title screen Histaminergic contractile reactions of smooth muscles in rabbit lobar pulmonary arteries were studied using in vitro mechanographic technique. Histamine via activation of H-receptors induced a dose-dependent constriction of smooth muscle segments, while endothelium inhibited histamine-induced contractile reactions.
