| Summary: | Title screen This paper presents the results of mathematical modeling of temperature change in ionic crystals in an area of dissipation of energy of an electron beam. Fluence is varied from 0.1 to 1.2 J/cm{2} Electron beam pulse duration was 24 ns, and the maximum electron energy of 280 KeV. The initial temperature of the crystals varied from 20 to 400 K. The calculation is performed considering the inhibitory effect of electrons in the field of space charge formed by a vacuum gap 1000 micron before the irradiated surface.
