Summary:Title screen
Mathematical model of heat processes running in multizone thermal installation during crystal growth by Bridgman technique has been developed. The model is realized by using the elementary balances method for accepted computation scheme in the Matlab program packet. The model allows ones to conduct the following: estimation of temperature fields of installation, studies of mutual influence of thermal processes in system <;<;growth container, thermal installation>>, simulation of thermal processes in installation for all stages of crystal growth technology process, studies of different algorithms of control of heater power.
