| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В статье рассматриваются современное состояние и тенденции развития станкостроения России. В рамках анализа приоритетных направлений промышленной политики в области станкостроения рассмотрены базовые пути и меры формирования в России благоприятной экономической среды для развития станкостроения. Основой развития отрасли должны стать функционирование федеральной программы развития отрасли; привлечение государственных субвенций, использование финансовых льгот для НИОКР и модернизации технологической базы; производство сложной наукоемкой продукции; формирование устойчивого спроса, а также применение системного подхода к развитию станкостроения, предусматривающего разработку стратегии и ее реализацию по единому стратегическому плану, где проекты модернизации производств, как станкостроения, так и изготовителей комплектующих для станков, а также готовой продукции находятся в единой системе. The article discusses the current state and development trends of Russian machine tool building. the analysis of the industrial policy priorities in the field of machine tool describes the basic ways and measures of Russia?s favorable economic environment for the development of the machine-tool industry.The basis for the development of the industry must bathe federal program for the development of industry involvement in government subsidies, the use of financial incentives for research and development and technology upgrading;production of complicated science-intensive products; generate sustainable demand;as well as the application of a systems approach to the development of machine tool industry to develop strategy and implement it on a single strategic plan, where projects of modernization of production, as the machine tool industry, and manufacturer of components for machine tools, as well as finished products are in a single system.
