| Zusammenfassung: | Заглавие с экрана В работе представлены современные методы увеличения мощности излучения светодиодов на основе четверных гетероструктур AlGaInP. Основные способы включают в себя замену основной подложки, варьирование концентраций элементов входящих в состав активной области, рост распределенных брэгговских отражателей в устройствах, увеличение толщины световыводящего окна. In this given work we researched the modern methods of increasing the light output power of LEDs based on quaternary heterostructures AlGaInP. The main investigations include replacing the main substrate, varying the concentration of the elements included in the active region, the growth of distributed Bragg reflectors in devices, increasing the thickness of light output window. |
