| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В статье проанализированы международные и национальные требования к профессиональным компетенциям бакалавров и магистров в области техники и технологий. Сформирована структура ключевых компетенций, необходимых для ведения успешной проектно-конструкторской деятельности. Выделены основные факторы, при которых специалист сможет грамотно и ответственно решать нестандартные задачи в области проектирования и конструирования. Определены организационнопедагогические условия, влияющие на эффективность подготовки бакалавров и магистров технического профиля к ведению проектно-конструкторской деятельности. In the article the international and national requirements for professional competences of bachelors and masters in engineering and technology are analysed. According to modern requirements, the graduate of a technical university must be ready for comprehensive engineering activity (research, analysis and solution of complex engineering problems in the area of professional activity); be able to make nonstandard decisions and actively implement them; have the ability to project activity in the professional area (design and develop engineering products); be able to work in team on interdisciplinary projects; have a developed creative thinking, initiative and persistence, need for constant updating and enriching ones knowledge; be able to independently solve professional tasks; be ready to change the type and character of professional activity; have managerial and organisational skills, high level of common and professional culture.
