Summary:Title screen
The paper presents the results of a study of the synthesis and properties of crystalline nanodispersed composite oxides (TiO2)x(SiO2)1-x. Synthesis of nanopowder oxides was conducted at a pulsed electron accelerator TEU-500. Synthesized particles have a spherical shape, and their size ranges from 20 nm to 350 nm. A composite material, obtained by the pulsed plasma-chemical method, is characterized by having the absorption band of 946 cm-1, which corresponds to vibrations of the Si-O-Ti bond. An X-ray analysis of the synthesized composite nanosized powder was performed.
