| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The first-principle calculations have been performed to investigate surface electron states of the surface alloys SbAg2(1 1 1) and SbAg2(4 2 3). Orbital decomposition px , py and spin texture are presented for both systems. The weak spin splitting was revealed for both systems. It is established the presence of the potential well along the step direction of SbAg2(4 2 3) system. The strong diffusion of surface electron px and py states is established for the SbAg2(4 2 3) system. It is noticed spin rotating effect for the SbAg2(1 1 1) system, however for the SbAg2(4 2 3) system sx , sy spin projections along both step and terrace directions are occured. |
