There are many publications on the topic of sputtering of calcium phosphate materials, including hydroxyapatite. However, very few publications describe the use of this method in reactive mode. In this work, we studied calcium phosphate coatings deposited in a mixture of nitrogen gases and various inert gases with equal volumetric concentrations. |
