| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The first data on the radionuclide composition (238U, 232Th и 222Rn) of mineral waters from 23 deposits and occurrences at the Crimean Peninsula are presented. Prevailing waters are characterized by SO4 -Cl-HCO3 Na, Cl Na, SO4 -HCO3 Mg- Ca-Na, SO4 -Cl Mg-Na composition, with TDS from ultrafresh to brine (0.4-202.9 g/dm3 ) and a broad variety of the geochemical parameters from sharply reductive to oxidative. The concentrations of natural radionuclides in the waters are (mg/dm3 ): 238U (6.3•10-7 - 5.9•10-2), 232Th (7.1•10-7 - 4.7•10-4). The activity of water-dissolved radon (222Rn) varies from 0.1 to 13.2 Bq/l. The 232Th/238U ratio is within the range 1.37•10-3 - 5.94. The uranium isotope ratio (gamma) 234U/238U in the waters varies from 1.4 to 7.1, with the activity of uranium isotopes (mBq/l): 234U (0.3-46), 238U (0.2-11). |
