| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The influence of current beam on the microstructure and microhardness has been investigated in electron-beam welded Ti-6Al-4V alloy parts obtained by traditional manufacturing and additive manufacturing. Electron-beam welding produced few discriminative zones (FZ - the fusion zone, HAZ I and HAZ II - the heat affected zone, BM - the base metal) in the welded material obtained by both rolled and SLM processes. The results of the research show that SLM samples demonstrate higher penetration ability than rolled samples. The microhardness in the HAZ decreased towards the HAZ with distance from the weld center at all varied values of the beam current, except for the SLM sample at 25 mA. |
