| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The oxidation behavior of ceramic composite materials ZrB2-SiC- ZrC-ZrO2 obtained by sintering under pressure was studied. It was found that the introduction of ZrO2 in the composition of ceramic composites leads to activation of the oxidation process. An increase in the content of zirconium dioxide in ceramics based on ZrB2 intensified the oxidation process of the surface of composites, which can be demonstrated by the increase in sample oxide layer thickness observed during heating. It was shown that the thickness of the oxide layer and the chemical composition depends on the temperature of heating the ceramic in an oxygen-containing environment. |
