| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Calcium phosphate coatings were formed on the surface of glass-fiber-reinforced PEEK by RF-magnetron sputtering to improve the bioactive properties. SEM and AES were carried out to study the morphology and chemical composition of the coatings. The thickness of the coatings was evaluated on a cross-section of the samples using TEM and it was up to 140±10 nm. The AES results showed that coatings contain Ca and P with a Ca/P ratio of 2.27. |
