The maximum yield of metal nitrides MeN in the combustion products of mixtures of aluminum nanopowder with vanadium, niobium and tantalum oxides in air, according to X-ray phase analysis, reaches VN=61 %, Nb2N=47 %, Ta2N=40,7 %. |
