| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана This paper demonstrates the effect of the electrospun poly(L-lactic acid) scaffolds under reactive magnetron sputtering treatment on the release of the incorporated chloramphenicol. Scaffolds with 50 wt.% chloramphenicol loading were obtained. Sputtering was performed using pure titanium target. It was shown that treatment does not lead to destruction of the fibers and does not change morphology, crystallinity and wettability of both control and drug-loaded materials. Treatment affects drug release profile: maximum quantity of the released drug decreases from 56% to 45% with burst release compared to steady release from untreated samples. |
