For this purpose it is possible to use, for example, criterion of coherence of Kendall. At a large number of experts and estimates program processing is necessary. The software has to have the well-known or easily mastered interface. At local use the document MS Excel where a part of operations is carried out by his own parameters, and a part by means of the developed macro executed in the Visual Basic for Application language was applied to data processing. |
