Such experience regarding the stages and processes of the formation of the national innovation system can be useful for understanding the problems that Russian economy struggles in this area. Innovation is a competitive strength in the modern world, inextricably connected with the sustainable growth of the subject. If we understand the reasons of the success of the most prosperous countries, we can be able to shift this experience on to the functionality of the Russian innovation system. |
