| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The purpose of our work was to develop a test-system for studies of PARP1 inhibition in vitro. Earlier this test-system has been used to monitor the poly (ADP-ribosil)ation activity of PARP1. This system was tested for the study of the mechanism of PARP1 inhibition in real time. It was shown that this system can be used for investigating the PARP1 inhibition and the screening studies to find new PARP1 inhibitors. |
