| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The study of natural convection in an open cylindrical cavity in view of evaporation from the free surface has been carried out. Governing equations formulated in dimensionless variables have been solved by finite difference method. Effects of key parameters on fluid flow and heat transfer patterns have been analyzed. It has been found that an increase in Marangoni number leads to a decrease in the circulation intensity within the cavity and heat transfer reduction along the free boundary. |
