| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The study of N-hydroxymethyl derivatives of allantoin was carried out by thin-layer chromatography. The received results allowed us to determine TLC conditions. The revealing reagent was Tollens' reactant and solution of β-indoleacetic acid in concentrated hydrochloric acid. The ethyl acetate and acetic acid-based systems with other components was eluting agents. |
