Our investigation will be very useful for geologists, because they find themselves in situation when they don't have enough information about the object very often. In these cases they use a lot of geochemical indicators to complete the picture. These indicators are different element and isotopic ratios. Therefore reliable information about concentration of elements is very important. Arc spectral emission analysis has some advantages in this area, because it can analyze solid objects without dissolution. In this reason it is very relevant to create techniques for analysis of geological objects especially for this method. To achieve successful metrological characteristics we have used experimental design, because it allows to obtain optimal indexes of analysis and to calculate relations of these indexes from parameters of analysis. The optimal indexes of analysis parameters were obtained and checked.
