| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The work presents the results of influence of various factors on the quality of cast ceramic tape made of industrial powders of aluminum nitride by method of shliker casting on a base. In work we varied materials, modes of mixing and technological modes of shliker casting. The factors influencing quality of the cast tape are defined. Using a microscope, quality of the cast tape is estimated and the defect type is established. The explanation and mechanism of emergence of these cast type defects is offered. |
