| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана In the study the coatings were obtained on titanium substrates using four different methods: etching of substrates in an aqueous solution of nitric and hydrofluoric acids; forming of the oxide layer on the surface using electrochemical oxidation of the surface; forming of the calcium phosphate coating on the surface using micro-arc oxidation; forming of the titanium layer on the surface using arc evaporation of titanium target. The polymer layer was formed from a 1% solution of polylactic acid (PURASORB PL 38) and trichloromethane. The study of adhesion was carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 52641-2006 "Implants for surgery. Standard test method for shear testing of calcium phosphate coatings and metallic coatings." The study of morphology of coatings was performed using scanning electron microscopy. |
