This work is aimed at creating a synthetic analog of the human interleukin-4 (IL-4) which will be used for coating the surface of biomaterials based on biodegradable polymers (polylactic acid, polycaprolactone) in order to impart immunomodulatory properties and increase biocompatibility. Molecule-analogue is designed based on knowledge of the crystal structure of the ligand receptor complex (IL-4 / IL-4 R-1 / IL-4-R2). Our approach involves identifying specific sites of interaction between IL-4 and IL-4-R1 and, from the above, forecast the possible structure of the analogues of IL-4. The interaction between the proposed analogs and receptors of IL-4-R1 is estimated using computational methods such as molecular docking and molecular dynamics, which allow to determine the degree of structural complementarity synthetic analogue to a receptor Analysis has been performed and 4-[N-allyl-N-(4-f rmylphenyl)amino]benzaldehyde is a molecule, which most likely will lead to the assembly of the complex of IL-4 / IL-4-R1.
