| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного экрана The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the requirements for candidates for the vacant positions specialists. Corporate staff differently fulfill their professional responsibilities: it is possible to distinguish the leaders, outsiders and mediators. To carry out this differentiation, it is necessary to have a unified system for assessing the effectiveness of the fulfillment by each employee of his or her official functions. The main goals of an effective assessment system are the following: the impact on staff motivation through the feedback system of supervisor - subordinate; planning professional training by identifying deficiencies in the skill level of employees and the development of corrective measures; planning professional development and employee career by drawing up individual development plans and career; well-informed decision-making on remuneration, promotion or dismissal. |
