| 要約: | Заглавие с титульного экрана The aim of the research is the analysis and evaluation of the strategic development plan of the Kemerovo region. The main components of the strategic plan are an indicator, that is the most important target development area. In practice, monitoring and analysis of performance of indicators are most important. It is therefore important to examine the organizational, material, social parts of a controlling (monitoring) of the implementation of the strategic development plan. The article deals with the tools of control and execution of the regional development strategy. The example of tracking and control of the indicator of subsurface resources management level in the Kemerovo region include: identification of responsible persons; definition of research facilities; collection of information; data processing; preparation and approval of the report. It focuses on achieving outcomes, implementation of the timing of events, targeted and efficient use of the allocated funds.
