| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного экрана The article is devoted to the welfare problem of people in Vietnam. In this study, the emphasis is laid on the economic component of population welfare. Some basic indicator of the population welfare in Vietnam are adduced and analyzed. The problems are identified and then suggest ways to improve the welfare, the level of growth and the quality of life of the population in Vietnam. The views on the socio-economic category of "well-being" transformed throughout human evolution, depending on the level of scientific and technological progress, the quantity and quality of economic goods, religious and ethical standards, consumer preferences of society. Initially, this category is viewed only through the prism of well-being, we investigated how to achieve a uniform distribution of income society. A modern interpretation of the well-being lies in the fact that the well-being - is a basic social value, which is primarily created by the state through the redistribution of national income, the rational allocation and efficient use of economic resources for the population social and 565 economic benefits, and that, as a result contributes to sustainable the development of the national economy. |
