Using of information technologies for improving the QMS of the educational institution is showed. Internal and external information flows within the quality management system of educational institutions for example TPU are described. Structure of information flows on the basic processes of TPU activities in the quality management system is developed. Practical impact of information system for continuous improvement of QMS in TPU is demonstrated. |
