In this article the purposes and advantages of internet marketing, and also tasks which have to be carried out are considered. As an example, the official site of Yaya municipality has been considered, website merits and demerits on economic development of the area have been revealed. Afterwards, the neighboring Anzhero-Sydzhensk City district has been considered. As a result the comparative analysis of two municipalities on economic development has been made, and the general conclusions are drawn.
