Globalization affects contradictory on formation of human capital in different countries and individuals, and opens opportunities and threats. The benefits of migration depend on whether a country is a donor or recipient. Moving students between countries and trading technology has a positive impact on all participants of this process. Internet availability is different in various countries. It adversely affects the access to global information resources. |
