| Özet: | Заглавие с титульного экрана One of the major challenges faced by a specialist of human resource management is management process manpower as well as a great number of tasks which is necessary to be done quickly and efficiently. Information technologies entered into all spheres of human life and society - economy, medicine, state management, scientific researches, are used in human resource management as well. The efficiency of company manpower work is possible to be increased substantially by the "1C: Salary and HR management" software. The authors conclude that using information technologies is an efficient tool to manage the staff of a company and a guarantee to success on the manpower market. |
